Dundas Valley Montessori School began a relationship with Niche Catering to provide a catered hot lunch program for our school. Niche Catering developed an outstanding five-week menu for our students, aged 3 to 12. The menu has been approved by a nutritionist, and the response from the children has been outstanding.
Niche’s menu provides food that is familiar and comforting to children, and it offers portions suitable to our varying age groups. We continue to have new students register for Niche’s hot lunch as they take note of the extent to which their friends and peers enjoy the food each day.
Niche also accommodates a variety of food allergy, intolerance, and sensitivity issues within our student population.
As a business, Niche has been extremely easy to deal with. They are open and responsive to suggestions as we continue to refine and develop both the new program and the business relationship. The food is consistently delivered in a timely and temperature-sustained manner.
